All trademarks, branding, software, designs, graphics, and content belonging to Caesar Cipher and Luna Studio LLP remain the exclusive property of Luna Studio LLP.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Thane, Maharashtra.
